What we collect

When you use Arachne, we collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

• Account information (email address)
• API request metadata (model, token counts, latency) for observability
• Request and response bodies are encrypted at rest with per-tenant keys

What we don't do

• We do not train models on your data
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not access your encrypted request/response bodies without your authorization

Data retention

Trace data is retained for the duration of your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
